Nuts are an excellent source of healthy fats and protein. They’re awesome for an on-the-go snack and it doesn’t take many to fill you up. Plus, there is enough variety to choose from. Try different kinds to find the ones you like. To incorporate them into your diet, you can add them to recipes or add them to other foods such as oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, etc. I’m always on the search for healthful and nutritious snacks, and these definitely fit the bill.
