The words “Dinner’s in 20 minutes” are potentially the worst ones to hear. I mean like, can’t I just eat now? You know the feeling, right?

A little snack before dinner is a good idea when you feel like you could eat the kitchen table. It prevents over-eating when the meal comes.

I’ve discovered this new snack and I’m loving it!
Pictured above are Mary’s Gone Crackers (Original). They are organic, gluten free, non-gmo, and whole grain.

Ingredients: Organic whole grain brown rice, organic whole grain quinoa, organic brown flax seeds, organic brown sesame seeds, filtered water, sea salt, organic wheat free tamari (water, whole organic soybeans, salt, organic vinegar).

I topped this nutritious crackers with avocado slices–so delicious!

If you don’t like avocado or want to try out another topping, maybe a nut butter or salsa?

You’ll be so busy chomping away at these that you’ll forget all about dinner! Great distraction.
