Tea is so good for our health. I also find sipping tea so rejuvenating and calming.

Teas such as green tea have powerful antioxidants. I love trying a variety of teas because they each can help our bodies and minds in a different way.

My favorite is Yogi–not only do I look forward to reading the inspiring quotes, but I love how there is a flavor for each “symptom.” Yogi has a Stress Relief, Stomach Ease, Throat Comfort teas and so many more. I blame the tea aisle for making me spend twenty minutes longer in the grocery store than I need to! With only the freshest ingredients, this organic brand has proven that each particular tea includes ingredients to make it “cure” what it’s intended to.

Experiment with different brands and flavors, you never know what you’ll enjoy!
